Quick Answer: If your meal plan is not loading, it usually means the registration process wasn’t fully completed or there’s a temporary browser issue.
🧭 If you stopped during the sign up
If you closed the page during sign-up after payment was made, check your email inbox.
You should have received an email that lets you continue registration exactly where you stopped.
When you return:
If you see optional features (Shopping List, Premium, Workouts), you’re on the correct page
If you don’t want them, scroll to the bottom and decline or click X at the top (for unique offers)
You’ll then be guided to:
Create your password
Complete the final questionnaire
After that, your meal plan will appear
🌐 If you finished sign up but can’t access your plan
Try the following:
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try to open your account in a different browser
This usually fixes temporary access issues.
❗ “User with this email doesn’t exist”
If you see this message but payment was made and you already set the password and even accessed the plan, most likely:
An incorrect email address was entered during sign-up
