Quick Answer: After setting up your profile, you will receive a daily plan featuring three main meals and one optional snack tailored to your specific weight loss goals. Select any day on the Calendar to view recipes and track your progress.

Welcome to the family! We are excited to help you reach your goals using our science-backed Keto nutrition plan. Here is everything you need to know to navigate your new routine.


🚀 Your Journey Starts Here

Once you sign up and complete your payment, you will have the option to accept or decline additional features designed to accelerate your results. To activate your plan, you will simply enter your Login Credentials and share your unique parameters with us.

We use your specific goals, habits, health conditions, and food preferences to build a plan that is uniquely yours.


📅 Navigating Your Daily Plan

Your personalized plan appears right on your screen. At the top, you will see a Calendar where you can select any day to see your meals planned ahead.

Each day includes:

  • Three Main Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

  • One Daily Snack: A little "sweetener" for your routine.

❗️ Important: While the snack is included for balance, you can choose to skip it if you are looking to achieve your desired results in a shorter amount of time. But keep in mind, that this will mean you are not eligible for 30 day money back guaranty which requires all daily meals to be eaten.


✅ Success Habits: Eating & Tracking

To reach the goals you have set, we recommend eating all scheduled meals daily and staying consistent. You can also boost your metabolism by adding exercise to your plan. You may use your own workouts or select our tailored Workout Plan add-on for a more structured approach.

🍳 Using Recipes & Marking Progress

Select any meal to view the full recipe and preparation steps. Once you finish a meal, make sure to mark it as Eaten.

Why tracking is important:

  • It helps you visualize your progress over time.

  • Marking the progress also personalizes and adapts your future plan.

  • It serves as proof that you are following the plan if you ever need assistance from our Support Team or wish to use the Nutritionist Chat.

💡 If your circumstances change—such as a new weight goal—or if you realized you forgot to include a specific food preference during setup, you should update your details, so the plan adapts to your actual goals. Select the Profile icon (top right on desktop or in the bottom menu on mobile browsers) to keep your plan accurate and effective.


😎 Upgrading Your Experience

We offer several optional features to make your journey even smoother:

  • Premium Plan: This allows you to switch meals if a suggestion doesn't fit your mood and provides additional wellness tips.

  • Shopping List: Select this to automatically generate a grocery list for your upcoming days.

  • Genom+: Submit your blood test or microbiome results to receive an even higher level of personalization based on your lab data.
