  2. Log in at https://my.ketogo.app and enter your daily weight

  3. Review today’s meal plan and open each of the 3 meals and 1 snack

  4. Prepare the meals as described and eat them

  5. Mark each meal as eaten at the bottom of recipe

✅ Marking meals as eaten helps personalize your plan for the following weeks.
