🏋️ How to access & perform daily Workouts

Quick Answer: Daily workouts are available only with the Home Workout subscription.

Workouts contribute about 20% of your overall weight loss success.


🛠 Access & Complete a Workout

  1. Log in to your account at https://my.ketogo.app

  2. On the main Program page, select today’s Workout

    💡 You can click each of the exercises to read the description and see visual demonstration before you start.

  3. Select Start Workout at the bottom

  4. Follow the workout flow:

    • Complete or skip Warm-up

    • Mark exercises as completed using ✔️ at the bottom

    • Add or skip rest periods

    • Skip exercises if needed

    • Complete or skip Cool-down

  5. Rate the workout (if asked) and select Finish to complete the workout
