🥗 How to customize food preferences & daily meals

If your food preferences change or your meals feel too complex, not tasty, or too expensive, you can adjust your meal plan at any time.


🛠 Update Food Preferences & Meal Plan

  1. Click Profile icon (top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)

  2. Scroll to Your weight loss plan and click EDIT at the bottom of this section

  3. Go through 4 questions, selecting:

    • Nutrition type

    • Products you like

    • Meal style (simple, budget-friendly, quick to cook)

    • Meal diversity preference
      Select Next after each selection step

  4. Once the Meal Plan is updated, enter your current weight to see your meals.
