📉 What should I do if I see no progress?

Most users notice:

  • General health improvements after 3-4 days

  • Weight changes after 10 days (if the plan is followed daily and all the meals are prepared and eaten as planned)


💬 When to contact us

If you believe there are no results, you can report this within 30 days of sign-up.

You’ll need to provide screenshots showing meals marked as eaten (including snack):

  • At least 10 days in a row (monthly or longer plans)

  • 4 days in a row for a 7-day trial

💡 If you are comfortable sharing additional private information as a proof, such as a weight photo or other relevant personal details, you may do so. This will help us review your case more accurately and provide a more relevant and fair outcome, along with possible suggestions for the future.
