Quick Answer: Payment issues on our application are handled automatically by the system, even if you don’t see an error message.
🚫 Blocked card or Insufficient funds
If your card is blocked or there are not enough funds at the time of a recurring payment:
No error is shown in your account and the subscription remains active
The system retries the payment the next day
After several failed attempts, the charge will be split into smaller amounts
After reaching 35 failed attempts (or fewer for small amounts), the system will stop splitting them, and after 65 days a debt is recorded
❗️ If your card is later unblocked, renewed under same IBAN or funded:
The system automatically collects the recorded debt
Your subscription continues if it was not canceled yet.
📅 Expired card
If your card expires, what happens depends on whether the card is renewed or replaced.
✅ Renewed card
If the card is renewed under the same bank account, you don’t need to do anything.
The updated card information is received automatically and applied to your account.
❌ Not renewed card
If the expired card is not renewed or the new card is linked to a different bank account, at some point you will be asked to renew your subscription by entering a new payment method.
❗️ At the moment, cards cannot be updated directly in your account.
