Quick Answer: At the moment, it’s not possible to change the payment method directly in your KetoGo account. However, if your card expires and is renewed under the same IBAN account number, it will be updated automatically.
The payment method you used during the initial purchase stays linked to your subscription and get's updated once the expired card is replaced under the same IBAN account.

If you need to use a different card or payment method, please contact us from your registered account email.
We will remove your existing payment method so that you can add a new one the next time you purchase or renew a subscription.
