🥑 Basic Weight Loss Plan Cancellation
⚠️ This is the only cancellation that has a confirmation email.
Step-by-step
Log in at https://my.ketogo.app/
Go to Profile
(top menu on desktop, bottom menu on mobile)
Scroll to Weight Loss Account → select EDIT
Under WEIGHT LOSS PLAN, select CHANGE
Review the cancellation notice and click the Unsubscribing confirmation at the very bottom
Choose:
Complete the exit questions by answering them as you are declining option to keep your plan active.
⚠️ Do not press EXIT — this does not cancel your subscription
In your journey overview, click SEE MY JOURNEY → NEXT STEP until you reach the remaining journey screen.

Scroll to the bottom and select GIVE UP AND DELETE MY PROFILE
Confirm with STOP THE SERVICE AND DELETE MY PROFILE NOW PERMANENTLY
On the final screen you will need to select or enter cancelation reason and confirm your cancelation.
What happens after cancellation?
Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period
You may see “Account suspended” — this only means no renewal
You will receive a confirmation email
🔁 Renewing Subscription
Log in at https://my.ketogo.app/
Unpause (if available) or purchase a new plan
❗ Renewal resumes automatic billing.
💳 Essential Billing Policies
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.
Non-Refundable Payments: Please note that recurring payments and subscription fees are not refundable.
