⏸️ What should I do if I can't follow the plan temporarily?

Quick Answer: You’re always in control of how you follow your plan. You can cancel or pause it (once per account) and adjust it afterwards.


⏯️ Short break (<30 days)

If you can’t follow the plan for a short period, you can:

  • Pause your plan for up to 30 days (available once)

  • Resume it later — your plan will be updated automatically

❗️ If you don’t renew the paused plan, it will renew automatically after 30 days.

🚫 Additional features do not pause and will still be charged unless canceled.


💤 Longer break (>30 days)

If you don’t plan to follow the program for more than a month, we recommend canceling your subscription(s).

❗️ Make sure to cancel all additional features separately, as their subscriptions are not canceled together with the main plan, since they can be used independently of the nutrition plan.


🩺 Health-related reasons

If you need to pause or stop your plan due to health concerns:

  • Consult your doctor to confirm whether a Keto diet is safe and suitable for your condition, or

  • Contact our Nutrition Specialists via the Chat feature (if included in your plan), or

  • Reach out to our Support Team and provide details about your health condition.

Based on the information you share:

  • If the plan can be safely adjusted, we will adapt it to your needs.

  • If the plan cannot be followed, we will assist you with subscription cancellation.
