🧾 Why this message appears
The notification “Warning! Your weight loss plan is suspended…” appears when:
You canceled your subscription yourself
Our support team canceled it at your request
You received temporary access that has an expiration date
This message is a reminder that your current plan will end and will not renew automatically.
✅ If you canceled on purpose
Everything is fine. Your basic subscription will simply expire and stop, and no further action is needed.
⚠️ Important: Additional features
Extra features (Premium, Shopping List, Workouts, etc.) are not canceled automatically with your basic plan. Because some of them are fully functional even if the basic plan is no longer active.
👉 If you don’t want to keep them, please cancel each feature separately in your Profile settings.
