These foods support ketosis:

  • Fish (especially fatty fish like salmon)

  • Eggs

  • Leafy vegetables (spinach, lettuce)

  • Zucchini, asparagus, broccoli

  • Avocados

  • Nuts

  • Butter and ghee

  • Olive, coconut, flax oil

  • Plain Greek yogurt

  • Sugar substitutes (stevia, monk fruit)


❌ Foods to Avoid

These foods are high in carbs or processed sugars:

  • Bread and pasta

  • Cakes, cookies, sweets

  • Soft drinks

  • Fruit juices

  • Highly processed foods

  • Margarine and refined vegetable oils

  • “Low-fat” products (often high in sugar)
