📥 Eligibility for a Refund

Quick Answer: Refund eligibility depends on when you contact us, how your account was used, and the type of payment.


Some payments are refundable under specific conditions, while others are not refundable.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Not all payments qualify for a refund.


✅ When a Refund Is Possible

🔄 Partial Refund (Initial Payment)

We may offer a partial refund if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of your first payment

  • Your account has almost no activity or no activity at all

🥑 Full Refund – No Results (Money-Back Policy)

We may review a full refund if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of your first payment and you followed the program:

    • 10 days in a row (standard plans)

    • 4 days in a row (7-day trial)

  • You provide proof of following the plan (marked all meals in the application)

  • You saw no results

❗ Full Refund – Special Cases

We issue a full refund if:

  • Your native language is not presented in the platform

  • You reported a faulty service and provided proof

  • A nutrition specialist or the system confirms you cannot follow the plan for health reasons
    (valid only within 14 days after registration)

  • A duplicate payment happened due to a payment error

🍫 Keto Bar Subscription Refunds

We issue a full refund if:

  • The product cannot be delivered to your country

  • The product was not delivered

  • No delivery address was provided

  • The product was returned unopened and undamaged

🚫 Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are not refundable:

  • Recurring subscription payments

  • Trial payments (if the trial period is shorter than 30 days)

🔎 Exception: trial payments may be reviewed under the Money-Back Policy above.


📩 How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team from your registered email and include:

  • The reason for your request

  • Screenshots or other type of proof (if applicable)

❗️Important: Some Apple Pay or Google Pay payments are processed directly by Apple or Google, without our payment provider involved.


After reviewing how your payment was processed, we’ll let you know if the refund needs to be requested through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
