Our services are intended for users 18 years and older, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions:
4.6. The Client furthermore agrees that:
4.6.1 He/she shall not access Services (including for purchasing Goods) if under the age of 18.
4.6.2 The Client will deny access to Services to children under the age of 18. The Client accepts full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Services by minors.
🚫 Unauthorized card usage
We’re unable to determine whether a payment was authorized or unauthorized by the cardholder.
If a payment is successfully completed, it means the card details were entered correctly and the transaction was approved by the payment provider. From our side, such payments are treated as authorized.
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to keep payment details secure and prevent others, including children, from using them.
💵 Refunds
A purchase made with a valid payment method does not qualify for a refund simply because it was completed by a minor. Refunds are handled strictly according to our Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions.
